Health Benefits

Welcome to Shoreline Unified School District. The links below are for New Enrollees and Open Enrollment. It is very important to inform the district office of any changes in dependent status as they occur, i.e., marriage, divorce or any other qualifying event.  Newborns must be enrolled in your health plan immediately following their birth.  Copies of Birth Certificates, Marriage Licenses, 1040 tax forms, and Medicare cards are required for new enrollments. If you are making retirement plans, you need to be enrolled in the district provided benefits prior to retirement to be eligible for the district health coverage after retirement.  Enrollment should occur during open enrollment time at least one year prior to retirement. For more information please contact Tina Russell via phone at (707) 878-2788 or email tina.russell@shorelineunified.org.
