About Us
Shoreline Unified School District is proud of its five campuses that dot the shoreline from Bodega Bay to Tomales Bay. Bodega Bay School houses grades K-5, Tomales Elementary has students in grades K-8, Tomales High School serves students in grades 9-12, West Marin School serves students in grades 2-8, and Inverness Elementary serves K-1st graders.
The district is very proud of its staff and students. Our Vision Statement calls for Student Success. Academic success is expected from all students in the district. Every staff member is committed to high student achievement and providing a climate that is safe, maintains high expectations in all areas, and promotes community responsibility.
One of the key reasons responsible for the success of the district's schools is the emphasis put on partnering with the families of each of our students. Schools cannot bear the total responsibility of educating children. For true student success there must be a partnership between school and home.
Our schools love visitors. You are encouraged to get involved in your community school by visiting or volunteering. Call a Shoreline Unified school and get involved. Play a part in the most important job of the future - molding our children.
Stephen Rosenthal, Ed.D
